The Role

The Manager of Data Science is a vital "player-coach" role designed for a seasoned technical expert passionate about cutting-edge LLM development, speech intelligence, and people leadership. You will lead applied research across both text and voice AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a team of data scientists and speech engineers
• Drive core research in Direct Speech-to-Speech architectures, STT, and highly natural TTS
• Advance GenAI workflows including RAG strategies, fine-tuning, and multi-agent orchestration
• Design robust evaluation frameworks to rigorously benchmark voice and text models
• Partner with Engineering to develop MLOps pipelines for low-latency deployments
